• Booked to and from Washington DC

• If flight is over 4 hours in length then it needs to be business class. Generally, he'll need open returns on flight tickets.

Hotel Accommodation:

• Room must be pre-paid, any applicable incidental and miscellaneous expenses will be presented separately with travel expenses.
